Elateral understands that the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic is having a significant impact on people and organizations worldwide. I want to assure you that Elateral is taking this situation very seriously. Our continuing priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of our customers, employees and communities.

Elateral has robust Business Continuity plans in place which ensure that we can keep providing you with the same high levels of service that you receive at any other time. We are following UK Government guidance and closely monitoring further developments. In line with social distancing guidelines, we have ceased all on-site visits for the foreseeable future.

As a SaaS platform and service provider, we are well-positioned to be resilient in these circumstances. Every person in our team is equipped for remote and home working. We have staff located in various locations around the UK, Europe and the USA which will provide stability and flexibility in our operations. Our support team continue to work as normal, and available on the usual email, portal and phone channels.
