Elateral Group Limited, Elateral Limited and their group of companies (together "Elateral") are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Policy explains how we use the information collected about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.

1. The information we collect and how we use it

Thank you for your interest in Elateral, our products and services and our alliance scheme. Our internet-based software products and services enable our customers to create customized marketing communications materials. In order to be able to provide you with information relating to our products and services or our alliance scheme we need to obtain certain details from you.

In order to provide you with information about our products and services or our alliance scheme we need to obtain certain information about you including your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers. We also ask for certain information in relation to your business activities such as structure, turnover, number of employees, etc. so that we can supply you with relevant information that suits your needs and/or build a profile of you and your business.

We gather this information to allow us (or our agents) to supply you with the information you request relating to Elateral's products and services or to enroll you as an Elateral alliance partner. This information is then used by us, our agents and sub-contractors to communicate with you on any matter relating to your enquiry or your membership. In order to supply our products and services to you, we may need to use your personal information for purposes other than those described above. Details are set out in the MSC Service Privacy Policy.

We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring our services and web site usage in order to help us develop the web site, our services and products and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

From time to time we may provide your information to our customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the products and services we provide. 2. Our use of Cookies and other information gathering technologies

Cookies are a standard for storing small pieces of data on a web client (i.e. the web browser on your computer). A web server (including the one that holds our web sites) may store one or more cookies in your browser or request your browser to transmit certain data to the web server. You will need to enable cookies on your web browser in order to access and use all features of our products. The cookies enable the tracking of your information request, your membership status and assist in relation to password protection. We have to store cookies on your web browser in order to allow you to access certain functions within our products. We do not use cookies to track other use you may make of the Internet or for any purpose other than providing our services to you.


3. How we protect your information

The Internet is not a secure medium. However we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy in order to protect your information.

Firewalls are used to block unauthorized traffic to the servers and the actual servers are located in a secure location which can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

We also keep your information confidential. Elateral's internal procedures cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information. For example, all access to our systems and services is protected by password controls.


4. Business Change

In the event that this business is restructured, sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers' advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.


5. Updating your details

If any of the information that you have provided to Elateral changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name or other details or if you wish to terminate your membership or do not wish to continue to receive information from us, please let us know the correct details. You can do that either by amending your details in the 'My Settings' tab or by sending an e-mail to privacy@elateral.com.


6. Your consent

By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this Policy. If we change our Web Site Privacy Policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the web sites, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. Your continued use of your membership in the Alliance scheme and our services will signify that you agree to any such changes.
