Perry Kamel - Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Perry has responsibility for the overall strategic direction of Elateral. Perry joined Elateral’s Board of Directors as Executive Director and President, Americas and became CEO in June 2012. His primary focus is on setting and realizing a game changing vision, helping Elateral expand and industrialize operations and serve Elateral’s growing roster of top-tier Global clients.
Perry brings a wealth of experience and insight. Prior to joining Elateral, Perry was a founding Managing Director of Accenture Interactive, where he was considered a leader on the fusion of technology and marketing. Perry’s experience and vision around the impact of content atomization across multiple digital channels made Elateral a natural choice. The addition of Perry to the Elateral Board further strengthens Elateral’s authority as a leader in global content enablement.
Perry has over twenty-four years experience delivering transformational performance improvement through advanced technologies and digital capabilities, allowing optimization of online and offline content for high profile companies. Prior to Accenture, Perry served as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer for technology firms Ciena, Inc. and Siemens Information & Communication Networks, as well as a divisional CEO for Siemens Next Generation Carrier Networks. As a former board member of the National Telecommunications Association and a McKinsey & Company alumni with extensive experience in applied innovation, Perry is no stranger to working with cutting edge technology companies. As a recognized pioneer in multi-channel interactive marketing, he also has two highly-successful web technology and services start-ups to his credit.
Angus de Watteville – Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Angus has responsibility for the overall commercial, legal, HR and finance functions at Elateral.
Since joining Elateral in 1998, Angus has been instrumental in building the business from three employees to what it is today. He has played a key part in the company's growth from the early conception and development of the business model, through raising funding, to, more recently building a fast growing, cash positive and profitable business and securing Elateral’s biggest client relationship.
Angus is married with two children, and is a keen mountain biker and yachtsman.
Peter Blackburn – Chief Technical Officer
As CTO, Peter is responsible for the on-going development of Elateral MSC, R&D for new offerings, delivery of custom projects and infrastructure management. An Elateral founder, with over 15 years of professional software development experience, Peter has been instrumental in the creation and development of the Elateral product range. Peter also leads a growing development team employing the latest agile development methodologies with a passion for delivery and quality.
Before founding Elateral, Peter was a Development Manager at PhoneLink, an information services company, based in the North West of England. While with PhoneLink, the company grew from a new technology start-up with a staff of 12 to a 250 strong London Stock Exchange listed organization.
Peter holds a Joint Honors Degree in Computer Science and Electronics from Staffordshire University. Peter is married with two children and has a keen interest in music, film, and football.
Paul Wendlandt – Chief Client Development Officer
As CCDO, Paul has a global responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Client Management. He leads a highly motivated and dedicated team of sales, marketing and account management professionals focused on growing the Elateral customer portfolio of industry leading brands. This includes setting and executing sales and account management strategies that allow our customers to realize the maximum Elateral value proposition and enhancing Elateral’s market leading position.
Prior to Elateral, Paul led global sales and account management initiatives that included operational responsibilities at SapientNitro. His experience includes integrating marketing services with commerce, content, collaboration, social, mobile and other technologies to deliver world class solutions to such global brands as The Coca-Cola Company, Bank of America, Michelin, Disney, ESPN, Verizon and others. Those solutions included global award winning interactive user experiences, record revenue generating multi-channel global brand campaigns and events as well as innovative mobile brand strategies. This wealth of experience and insight compliments the Elateral value proposition.
Paul brings over 20 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, technology and operational management. Previous to SapientNitro, Paul’s leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini and EDS, saw him devise and deliver business solutions to Global 1000 companies ranging from Application development and implementation to Systems Integration and Business Process Outsourcing.
Michael McConachie - Senior Vice President Professional Services
As VP of Professional Services, Michael brings a wealth of experience in the Software as as Service industry to Elateral's customers. Michael is responsible for ensuring that Elateral's professional services run smoothly and efficiently and provide a great service. Since joining Elateral in October 2015, he is leading a growing team of service professionals, which includes the operation of the Content Services Operations team.
Kim Temples – Vice President World Wide Client Services
Kim is responsible for growing Elateral's Client Services team and managing the company's relationships with its clients. Since joining Elateral in 2008, she has overseen global deployments and created a global Client Services team that collaborates across borders and is dedicated to our customer's needs.
Kim has over 20 years in professional services in both the marketing and consulting industries. Previously, Kim held the position of Partner within OgilvyOne's e-Marketing unit, where she was responsible for the management of global accounts with implementations in NA, EMEA, LATAM and APAC. She has also spent time consulting with large international companies to improve processes and leverage technology to ensure their investments delivered results.
Kim holds a degree in International Relations from Georgetown University. She is on the Associate Board of Gilda's Club Chicago, an organization that provides free programs and support to those living with cancer. Kim enjoys travel and playing golf.
