Ciena selects Elateral’s proven marketing services platform, Elateral MSP, to support their expanding Channel Partner Program, BizConnect. The system will allow Partners to be self-sufficient in their promotional activities, creating customizable marketing material and lead generation campaigns tailored to their local markets, whilst saving on production time and costs.
The new and improved BizConnect partner program, designed to increase partner support and profitability, was successfully launched at a recent Partner conference on April 1.
